Shipping

 

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 PM EST will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 12 pm will ship the following day.  Any orders placed before 12PM EST on Saturday will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 12PM EST on Saturday will ship out on the following Monday. Digital Cloud Vapor does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have on file. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 5 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

Also, please ensure you provided us with a valid email address free from accidental misspellings. You can review the spelling of your email address in the My Account section of our website.

All shipping is done via USPS. We will provide tracking information via email when your order ships.

 

Returns

Digital Cloud Vapor cannot accept returns on e-liquid due to U.S. health codes. If you have an issue with your order please send us an email at contact@digitalcloudvapor.com, or use our contact us page. We will take any issues into consideration and come to a fair resolution.

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
